Dr. Pepper Ballpark
One of the top attractions in the city of Frisco is Dr. Pepper Ballpark, which is named after the popular soft-drink. The ballpark isn’t huge and there are various activities that take place there. You can catch a movie or the lazy river in the summer months and you can catch ballgames when they are going on, but do check the schedule before you go because you never know what will be going on there.

The Videogame Museum
One of the most unique attractions in Frisco is the National Video Game Museum, which is located right off of Dallas PKWY. If you have younger kids or want to be reminded of your childhood, then this is the place for you. By the way, you’ll have the chance to play some of the oldest games around, including Duck Hunt and Burger Time to name a few. We do want to tell you this, be prepared to spend a good 3-4 hours here, but the time will fly right on by.

The Commons Park
If you’re looking to spend a bit of time at a beautiful park, then the Commons Park is the first place you should visit while in Frisco. The park features a playground, fountains, winding walkway and there is more than enough space for you to have a picnic. Make sure you bring a Frisbee or soccer ball because you’ll want to take advantage of the space available.

Also, if you have a dog, then bring them with you. By the way, you can also go fishing at the park. As for the best time of year to go, the summer is it. However, if you do go to Frisco in the winter, then still feel free to visit the Commons Park.

If you head to Frisco, then you’ll want to take a walk through the Texas Sculpture Garden, but the weekends tend to be packed. However, you shouldn’t have an issue or have a problem with walking around still. You’ll have the chance to view cool sculptures, take a seat and relax or do a bit of bird watching. If you’re on a tight budget or just want to see what the fuss is about, then you’ll want to spend a bit of time at the Sculpture Garden.
